SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
Usually 1-3 working days
Estimated shipping times & costs
Germany: 2-4 working days - 5,90€
EU: 5-8 working days - 14,90€
Customs and import duties
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipments outside the EU (except to Switzerland) are unfortunately not possible at the moment.
RETURN POLICY
Contact: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our contact form or by email at lussalvas@gmail.com.
Process: As we are a small studio, processing is handled manually. Following your request, we will get back to you shortly with all the details for your return.
Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. If we provide you with a shipping label, the costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (custom orders).
